Impact Project
Chengzhong’s project aims to establish a comprehensive Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) training program at Hangzhou Medical College and its affiliated People’s Hospital.
Led by Chengzhong, the project will utilize the college’s advanced 2,000 square meter POCUS training center, equipped with state-of-the-art simulators and training systems. The program will develop Chinese-language training materials, organize certification courses, and promote POCUS skills through annual meetings and academic activities.
The project team plans to collaborate with other domestic training organizations and establish cooperation centers across various provinces for national promotion. This initiative aims to enhance POCUS skills among radiologists, emergency doctors, intensive care specialists, rehabilitation doctors, obstetricians, and pediatricians, ultimately improving clinical applications of ultrasound technology in China.
